- Wedding dates will not be held until payment of the booking fee has been made.
- Upon payment of the booking fee you agree to adhere to the T&Cs outlined on this page.
- The booking fee is non refundable and payable upon booking to reserve your wedding date in my diary. The trial fee is payable at the trial. The wedding day balance is due by at the latest 2 days before the wedding day.
- If anyone from the party drops out of the booking on the day or up to 1 week beforehand this is non refundable and the full amount still stands.
- Saturday weddings from April to (and including) September are subject to a minimum booking of Bride + 3 adults (or equivalant price if wanting to book for less people).
- Travel is charged at a rate of 50p per mile for a return journey on anywhere over 10 miles from YO10 3AH. Where an assistant has been booked a second travel charge may apply to cover them also.
- Parking costs are to be paid by the client for the nearest available car park when free parking is not available.
- Payments are to be made via bank transfer or cash. When paying cash please have the correct amout.
- Any allergies I need to be aware of must be declared prior to styling.
- Clients must come with clean dry hair ready to be styled unless pre-arranged for a blow dry.
- In the event of serious illness every effort would be made to find a replacement stylist for you. Pictures and notes from the trial will be passed onto the replacement stylist so they can recreate the look. If a replacement cannot be found for myself a full refund of any monies paid will be made to you.
- In the event of services being cancelled by the client any money already paid is non-refundable. If the cancellation is within 1 month of the wedding date then the full balance is still payable.
- If you are undecided after the trial I offer a 3 day grace period for you to decide if you wish to proceed with the booking, any cancellations made after this time or non notification of cancellation will be subject to a £50 cancellation fee. Where an assistant has been booked it will be £50 cancellation fee per stylist.
- Please speak up if you aren't sure about your style. Hair can easily be tweaked and changed!
- Trial appointments are available on weekdays only.
- Please be available for the timings given by myself. These are worked out to ensure the smooth running of your wedding morning.
